SmilePrints.co was founded by a fellow convention artist who’s been in the artist alley trenches — prepping for cons, scrambling for restocks, and pulling all-nighters to get that new merch drop just right. We’ve been there, and we know how real the hustle is.

That’s why we started SmilePrints.co: to make printing easier, cuter, and way more reliable for artists who table, vend, and create for fandoms they love.

Q: What kind of printing services do you offer?

A: We specialize in small-batch, artist-friendly printing! Our current offerings include sticker sheets (kiss-cut), die-cut stickers, circle and square stickers, business cards, and buttons — all printed in-house with lots of love and care. Every order is made using high-quality materials and a vibrant RGB color workflow for crisp, colorful results. We’re also working behind the scenes to expand into notepads, washi tape, acrylic charms, and more cute goods artists love — so keep your eyes peeled!

Q: I’m prepping for a convention! How far in advance should I order?

A: We recommend placing your order 2–3 weeks before your event, just to be safe. This gives time for production, potential edits, and shipping — especially during con season! If you're in a time crunch, DM or email us before placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate a rush print. We’ve got you!

Q: Do you take custom orders or special requests?

A: Yes, absolutely! 💖 Whether it’s sizing help, special layouts, or a product you don’t see listed yet — we love working with artists one-on-one to bring your ideas to life. Upload your design when ordering or contact us directly for more hands-on help!

Q: What are your file requirements for printing?

A: Great question! For the best results, please follow these guidelines:


We accept AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, TIFF, and JPEG. Vector files are preferred for clean lines.


Minimum 300 DPI at print size (for example, a 3"x3" sticker should be 900x900 pixels).


Please send files in RGB. Our equipment (Epson ET-8550) is optimized for RGB workflows, which ensures the most vibrant and accurate results.


Add 0.125" bleed on all sides. Keep key elements 0.125" inside the trim line.


Convert text to outlines. Use line weights of 0.25 pt or thicker.


Flatten any effects (glows, shadows, overlays) and embed linked images.

Need help? We’re happy to check your file before printing or adjust it if needed — just ask!

Q: What’s your turnaround time?

A: For most orders, our production time is 3 business days after final graphics approval. For larger orders (bulk sticker sheets, buttons, etc.), please allow up to 7 business days. We’ll always keep you updated along the way!

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Not just yet — right now, we’re shipping within the United States only, but we’re actively working on expanding to international shipping soon. Stay tuned!

Q: Can I order through Etsy too?

A: You sure can! We’re on Etsy for easy ordering, but if you order directly through our website, it helps us keep prices lower for artists. Either way, we’re so grateful you’re here 💛

Q: What’s your return and exchange policy?

A: We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery if there’s a print issue, damage during shipping, or any mistake on our end. We do not accept returns for user error or low-resolution files, so double-check those specs or ask for help before ordering! Your happiness matters to us — if there’s ever an issue, reach out and we’ll take care of you.

Q: Do you print AI-generated or traced art?

A: Nope! We proudly do not print AI-generated or stolen/traced artwork. We’re here to uplift real human creatives and foster a community that values original art and diverse voices. If you're not sure whether your art is safe to print, feel free to ask — we’re happy to review it!

Q: I need help setting up my file — can you help?

A: Absolutely! Whether it’s DPI, bleeds, sizing, or color correction, we’re happy to walk you through it or adjust your files ourselves. No need to stress — just send us what you have and we’ll make sure it’s good to go 🫶
